Through the IPLAN project we have been able to reevaluate the needs of our local community to help improve the quality of life. To help determine the needs of Douglas County, data was gathered from the IQuery Data WebIPLAN requires that health departments include measureable outcome and impact objectives for each health priority selected in their Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIP).
