Webb18 sep. 2024 · 38MB/s is equal to 304 Mbps which is a pretty good transfer speed on a 1Gbps Link , -multiple factors involved if you are experiencing slowness in transfer speed : 1- throughput of the server itself. 2- i/o performance on the server [use #iostat -xm 1] to check if any of the disks are >90% utilized with reads / writes. Webb28 juli 2014 · I've tried several network transfer method (Samba, FTP, SFTP, HTTP-WebDAV). During a copy, all of them makes the CPU to run at 100%. I don't know if it is normal or not, but the transfer rate is around 6.2 MB/s. I'm not expecting full 100Mbit/s but that is the half of it. Is this normal? Any suggestions?
